Drakonids

The Drakonid race is one of punished dragons who lost their wings and legacy from disobeying a powerful being. These dragons retain their power but do not hold their status.


Lesser Drakonid
Usually banished or exiled lesser dragons, these Drakonids are short when compared to the greater Drakonids. These Drakonids are usually the shock troopers of Dragonkin forces and are deadly in a fight. They lack breath attacks, but have the many traits of a dragon including sharp claws, teeth, hard scales as well as a spiked tail. Armor is almost useless to them unless it is of extremely hardy metals or material. Their weapons are often strange, but highly effective in battle.

Drakonid
Those once dragons were punished for their defiance to higher lords and are quite rare to be seen. When seen, they are working for their punisher to gain back their rights and are usually in a battle scene. They do lack the fire breath of a dragon.

Greater Drakonid
Great dragon lords that have been punished by the Triumvirate for devious actions are usually very forgiving to others for faults they have made. They are truely selfless beings and strive to make up for their wrong in anyway possible, but almost impossible to come by. They are the largest of all the three drakonids and are very powerful. On their quest for repentance, they usually take down a corrupt empire by means of assault and free the supressed. However this only happens once every 10,000 years. These do not lack the dragon breath like the other Drakonids.
