A booming metropolis houses a great variety of races and people. When compared to some of the most civilized towns, Urbia makes them look savage. Urbia is split up into three districts: The social district, the military district, and the government district. From above the three sections complete a walled circle with aqueduct roots that make their way out into the surrounding area.
Social District
Carts can be heard rolling down stone paved streets that border massive aqueducts that carry water from the surrounding areas. The aqueducts stand high and strong, their foundations covered in graffiti. Every three blocks there is a fountain fueled by these aqueducts, people dip pots and skin bags into the cool liquid and leave. Along the streets and shadowed by the aqueducts are white stone shops and dwellings. Each with plumbing that leads down to the Understreet. All goods are available from some shop in this district. The Social District is the largest of all three districts, making up one half of the city.
Military District
The Military District has the highest walls of all the districts. Guards towers dot all along the wall as well as patrols make their way along its top. Within the wall are barracks of many types of soldiers and a large gray stone fortress that is surrounded by a deep mote that cuts into the Undertstreet. Tunnels were flooded during the construction of fortress when the mote was filed. The Military District makes up one third of the city.
Government District
The smallest of all three districts, the Government District only makes up one sixth of the city. It has many high buildings that house the governmental assembly. One massive building stands above all the rest, this building is were the multi-raced assembly meets. Only members of the government may enter, if a non-member would try to walk in he would be stopped and interrogated by a full plated guard. These guards are trained in all fighting styles and all types of elemental magic. One would say only a god could fight his way into the building. The Assembly building has been in the town for as long as one could remember. It also seems to be connected to the Understreets and has many secret tunnels and rooms.
